Check the search state before rewriting it
Open Searches and confirm that the search is active. Read any attention message, marketplace name, selected place and timing. If capacity is required, changing keywords will not start the search. If the marketplace is unavailable in the region, widening price will not solve that either.
Check Feed separately from device notifications. Matches in Feed with no alert point toward this-device permission or registration. No matches in Feed points back to the search or genuine availability.
Loosen one bottleneck
Remove the least important restriction first. Widen a cosmetic condition, increase distance, raise price to the true complete budget or replace an obscure phrase with ordinary seller language. Preserve the item identity and hard compatibility requirement as long as possible.
Wait for enough new activity to judge the change. Repeated edits within minutes can make a naturally quiet market look broken and make it difficult to remember which version was actually useful.
Respect a genuinely rare search
A discontinued part, exact watch reference or unusual furniture dimension may produce long gaps. That does not automatically make the search poor. Confirm that comparable listings exist in the chosen marketplace, then allow the search to do the patient work it was created for.
If a second marketplace is relevant, create a separate search and adapt its location and seller wording. Do not broaden the original until it no longer represents the thing you need.
