Delete from the web app
- Sign in to Flipinator.
- Open Settings.
- Find account deletion in the privacy and security area.
- Review what will be removed.
- Enter the requested confirmation and complete deletion.
Delete from a mobile app
Open Settings in the signed-in iOS or Android app, choose account deletion, review the explanation and confirm. Store subscription management may remain a separate app-store action under the store’s rules.
If you cannot sign in
Use the support form and enter the address associated with the account as your contact address. Do not send a password, sign-in code, payment card number or identity document unless an authorised support process explicitly and safely requires it.
What deletion means
Account-linked searches, Feed data, registered devices and profile information are removed or scheduled for removal. Limited records may be retained where required for security, billing reconciliation, disputes, legal obligations or backup cycles, as described in the privacy notice.
Deletion is intended to be permanent. If the goal is only to stop new matches for a while, pause individual searches instead.
