Make the item recognisable in either language

State the fit detail that cannot be negotiated: bolt pattern for winter wheels, width for furniture, lens mount for a camera, or clearing width for a snow blower. Let price and condition remain broad enough to catch honest variation while the first results teach you how sellers describe the item.

Keep dealers, distance and timing visible

Kijiji mixes private and commercial inventory. Decide whether dealer stock is useful, then look for repeated seller or listing language rather than assuming every polished photograph is unwanted. Verify town, seller type and pickup terms on the original listing.

Choose a confirmed Canadian place and a travel limit based on season and real driving time. A fast alert to an item three provinces away is not useful. Separate wider shipped searches from local collection searches so their costs and response expectations do not collide.
